I shoot a wide variety of work and I used to post it all here on my blog. A few years back I stopped that process and deleted all my old posts that weren’t related to couples/weddings.
I’m getting back into the game of posting more genres and over the next few weeks I plant to catch you up, dear reader, with what I’ve been photographing in the past few years.

So this is a typical 3 light setup. For the larger groups I added another key on the other side of the camera, but it was easy to roll with this.

I’m excited about how the shots turned out for a few reasons:

  1. I like Les Mis a lot and had a feel for when each actor nailed the pose based on the character.
  2. This is the first time I’ve been able to work on the publicity side of a musical (more please).
  3. You wouldn’t believe how Plan B the location of this shoot ended up being.
I knew the crop would keep the feet out of the final shot, but check out the setting! I still had a good bit of photoshoppery to make it right *COUGH* CHAIR *COUGH*.
